Specifications include, but are not limited to: Region 14 ESC on behalf of itself and all states, local governments, school districts, and higher education institutions in the United States of America, and other government agencies and nonprofit organizations (herein “Public Agency” or collectively “Public Agencies”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to enter into a Master Agreement for Electrical Power System and Electronics Systems Protection Consulting and related Products and Services with companies that can provide solutions to protect electrical and electronic systems from damage due to fluctuations in electrical quality. Firms responding must be able to provide the following: Ø Consulting and system services that provide custom solutions for products necessary to protect electrical and electronic systems from changes in all aspects of electric current quality. Ø A full complement of hardware used to protect electrical and electronic systems. Ø Turn key programs to correct power quality, power factor correction and other energy quality problems.
