Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1. Installation of a 150KVA natural gas generator at the South Dialysis Clinic. 3.1.2. Provide a natural gas generator with all components (see construction documents for specifications). 3.1.3. Natural gas service and gas line installation. 3.1.4. Concrete pad for the generator and manual transfer switch/quick connect. 3.1.5. Rework of branch panels/circuits to place all dialysis equipment on generator power (standby power, follow construction drawings and documents). 3.1.6. Modification of tenant metering to accommodate the normal and standby branches. 3.1.7. Modification of HVAC controls to limit load when transferred to generator, must follow construction documents.
