Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Parking Lots Mountaineer Station, Lot 90 and Lot 84 are already paved. They will need milled and repaved. 2. Parking lot sizes are approximate. Contractor shall field verify and determine how much labor and materials are necessary. Parking Lot Mountaineer Station is approximately 25,000 ft2 and is near the Health Sciences Center. Lot 90-1 is approximately 29,000 ft2. Lot 90-2 is approximately 7,000 ft2. Lot 84-1 is approximately 28,000 ft2. Lot 84-2 approximately 10,000 ft2. 3. All of the parking lots are in current use. Construction start dates must be coordinated with WVU in advance. At least 48 hours written notice must be provided to WVU before any lot is taken out of service.
