Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work of this project will be performed over 3 phases of continuous owner occupancy accomplished through phased relocation. This project will remodel a large section of the existing buildings first floor. Remodel of office space and constructing secure warehouse evidence storage space. Expanding the existing crime lab and relocating the records section from the first to the second floor. The second floor will be modified by moving walls and changing the size of work areas. Second floor ceiling and noise buffering upgrades. Upgrades will also include new flooring, paint, room manipulation, ceiling manipulation, new lighting, mechanical upgrades throughout the facility and miscellaneous selective demolition and patching.
