Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Work Areas Included: All offices, foyers, hallways, entryways, stairwells, closets, conference rooms, hearing rooms, libraries, toilets and storage areas as applicable to this Invitation to Bid. This also includes interior windows up to 8’ off the floor or partitions and glass doors, exterior pedestrian entry glass doors, exterior entryway glass: and the inside and outside of exterior windows. b. Work Area Excluded: No work is required in mechanical rooms, electrical/switching rooms, and those rooms specifically excluded by the State due to special requirements (e.g.: computer rooms, telephone equipment rooms). c. Miscellaneous Supplies: The contractor shall furnish and maintain all restroom supplies such as toilet seat covers, and tissue (2 ply), liquid hand soap, deodorizers, paper towels, and plastic liners for trash cans. The cost of these supplies shall be the responsibility of the contractor. Supplies shall be replenished on a regular "as needed" basis. d. Dispensers: The contractor shall furnish, sanitary napkins in each ladies' restroom and insure that they are kept supplied as necessary, all cost to be borne by the contractor. Contractor shall provide a closed container for waste sanitary napkins. e. Light Bulbs: 1 Interior bulbs and fixtures shall be replaced by the State 2 Exterior bulbs and fixtures shall be replaced by the State
