Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The City shall provide and furnish all truncated domes for all access ramps. 2. Depth for drop inlets shall not exceed 6’ deep. Bidders shall figure the depth box based on a cube 6’ x 6’. Any box deeper shall not be included in the scope of this bid and will be quoted, if applicable, in accordance with City Policy. 3. All traffic control shall be provided by the City or its third-party designee. Traffic control measures are not included in this bid. 4. All drop inlets shall include pricing for ring and cover. 5. Trails will not be included in the 4” and 6” flatwork items. 6. 6” flatwork for commercial driveways does not require use of wire mesh. Compacted gravel is used. 7. Reference Items 1 & 2: Awarded contractor shall have the ability to form, pour, and finish and average of 250 lineal feet of type “A” or “D” curb and gutter within a standard 8 hour working day. Failure to have this capability will subject bidder to disqualification.
