Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide janitorial cleaning services five times per week per the schedule below, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This janitorial service is primarily for floors, windows, and restrooms. The University reserves the right to make necessary scheduling changes, including any daytime scheduled cleaning at no additional charge. Work schedules are not subject to change without prior written or verbal approval from MSU. There are approximately 60 employees on one floor with about 14,697 sq. feet that require janitorial service. Laboratory space within the building will not be cleaned; however, laboratory garbage may be placed in the hall for removal. Office space garbage may be placed in the hall for removal by Contractor on the days those spaces are not cleaned.
