Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide all ongoing water treatment services for the Airport owned heating water systems, cooling towers, and chilled water systems, as well as emergency response to Airport staff requests 24 hours per day. In addition to the water treatment services, this contract will include all required chemicals, supplies, equipment, and professional consulting services.; 4. Water analysis: a. Company must report water testing results monthly b. Company must perform treatment of closed water loops c. Company must perform water makeup analysis d. Company must submit daily makeup and blow down rates within 30 days. e. Water chemistry should allow water to be cycled to the maximum limits of the chemical program to minimize water use. f. Company must provide all feed and control systems g. Company must up-grade system as necessary for future improvements or as is required. 5. Deposit analysis must be done on an ad-hoc basis when needed. 6. Microbiological analysis: a. Micro-bio test results must be reported each month and must be less than 104 cfu/ml. b. Micro-bio counts for chilled loops the must be less than 103 cfu/ml. c. In all cases of micro-bio sampling, anaerobic corrosive bacterial counts must be < 1. d. Biocides can be separate products. e. The biocide cannot be bleach or any other oxidizing materials to attack copper or copper corrosion inhibitors.
