Specifications include, but are not limited to: Technology & Support A dedicated database customized to collect necessary data from multiple users (20+) for multiple participants (100+) and produce various reports for the FTC team. Necessary data includes, but is not limited to: participant name, demographic information, contact information, child(ren) name and contact information, service providers and services provided, attendance, reports from providers and others, phase tracking, etc. Reports should include: recommendations, compliance, phase progress, etc. Substantial security measures to protect confidential information, including potential HIPPA-protected information. Ability to provide ongoing technical support as needed.
