Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Service Provider shall provide 24/7 response to hazardous clean-up and include documentation of proper handling and disposal. The Service Provider shall be on-scene within one-hour from the time of notification. Articles and services covered by the agreement shall be performed in compliance with safety orders of OSHA, NVOSHA, CCHD and/ or MIOSHA if applicable. Service provider shall provide all certifications of associated personnel providing services within. Service Provider shall have all current licenses and permits as required to perform hazardous waste clean-up services. Service Provider shall provide copies of State Mandated repots and others within a reasonable time line. For the purposes of this Bid, normal duty hours are considered 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
