Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Human Services is looking for 2 sizes of specialty calendars. There will be 2 different versions. Each will be for the calendar year of 2022. The wall calendar finished size is 10” x 8”; the small calendar is 3”x 5”. Both calendars are for indoor use. See Attachment A for examples. Artwork: PDF files for each version. Proofs: High resolution laser or electronic proofs of each calendar required prior to printing. Size: Wall calendar: 10” High x 8” Wide. Small calendar: 5” High x 3” Wide. Stock: Wall calendar: Base is white vinyl, approximately 10” x 8”. The calendar portion is 20- 24# white bond, approximately 5” High x 8” wide. Small calendar: Base is white vinyl, approximately 5” x 3”. The calendar portion is 20- 24# white bond, approximately 2 ½” High x 3” wide. Ink: Wall calendar: White vinyl base is printed 4/color; calendar pad is black ink. Small calendar: White vinyl base is printed 1 PMS color; calendar pad is black ink.
