Specifications include, but are not limited to: o Provide a consistent number of units/beds related to one of the following housing areas: Inpatient recovery/treatment, structured, semi-independent sober housing, youth/family homeless assistance and transitional housing. o Provide referrals by case managers with extensive knowledge of the services available in Merrimack County for substance use disorder, mental health and medical treatment, housing, employment and childcare assistance, parenting classes, food banks and other resources. Agencies that have access to platforms such as “Unite Us” will receive priority. o Provide medication assisted treatment to include Suboxone, Methadone, Vivitrol and other evidence-based medications consistent with guidelines as set forth by Merrimack County policies and state and federal law. o Provide mental health treatment and evidence-based co-occurring treatment services. o Offer a wide range of evidence-based treatment modalities. Federal law prohibits mandating faith-based programming such as Alcoholics Anonymous, so secular option(s) must be provided upon request.
