Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Nevada, Department of Business & Industry, Nevada Attorney for Injured Workers and Real Estate Division, are seeking proposals from qualified vendors for legal courier services in the Las Vegas area. It is this Agency’s intent to enter into contracts with a courier service, acting as independent contractors, who have experience in meeting the various needs of agencies. These needs will vary but include, at a minimum: any court filings (Appeals Office, District, Supreme and Federal), messenger services, service of process, delivery, pick-up and special or urgent deliveries. These contracts will be administered by the Nevada Attorney for Injured Workers and are anticipated to commence upon Clerk of the Board’s approval for a four (4) year period.
