Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide statewide civil legal assistance and support for New Hampshire Emergency Rental Assistance Program (NHERAP) program access. The goal of the RFP is to benefit eligible tenant households through increased access to legal assistance as well a NHERAP assistance.; i. Assistance to increase NHERAP participation by eligible households, ii. Assistance to eligible households facing eviction and most at risk of housing instability, which shall include in-person presence at the State’s busiest courts (Manchester, Nashua, Dover, Laconia, Rochester, and Concord, as coordinated with scheduling established by the Circuit Court), iii. Virtual and in-person clinics to help households understand the eviction process, their legal rights, and how to apply for NHERAP, particularly for those with limited access to technology;
