Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. DELIVERABLES The contractor will be required to provide the following to achieve the objective of this project: 1. Program compatability with Peoplesoft and Interact. 2. Integrated and customizeable student application. 3. Different permission levels for various levels and types of users including students. 4. Ability to track and manage student correspondence, criteria information sharing, thank you’s, reminders, etc. 5. Ability to track and manage scholarship offers/amounts/criteria/donor lists. 6. Agree to provide a minimum contribution of $2,000.00 annually, at the beginning of each contract year, to support the MSU Foundation in its endeavors. B. LOCATION OF WORK/TRAVEL The contractor will be required to travel to and from MSU for training as well as any repairs, updates, upgrades that happen in the future that cannot be handled online/virtually for the 5 year contract. The contractor should include in its price proposal: transportation, mileage rates and per diem costs and estimates.
