Specifications include, but are not limited to: Program Planning and Development Develop and implement Project ECHO sessions by: Advising on the session structure/curriculum to ensure alignment with the ECHO Model and to support a comprehensive learning community of primary care pediatric practitioners and their team members. Developing a plan for delivering planning templates and expertise to develop programmatic materials, including: An education plan; Case presentation template; Case notes template and process; Evaluation surveys; Marketing/recruitment materials; Statements of collaboration for faculty and participants; Data management plan/participant tracker; and Continuing Medical Education (CME) application materials. Provide administrative support to ensure that a multidisciplinary group of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are identified, recruited, and prepared, based on the training topics chosen. Functions may include contacting local and national organizations to identify specific expertise and competencies, supporting SME development of didactic presentations and materials, and ensuring effective communication with regards to the expectations and scheduled time for the presentation. Training topics shall be determined through surveys and feedback from the participants.
