Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) King City Area office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide bi-annual and annual Vehicle Hoist Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. Contractor License/Certification Requirement: C-61/D-21, Machinery and Pumps; Automotive Lift Institute (ALI) Certified Lift Inspector Certificate or employee with ALI Certified Inspector Certificate. 2. The services shall be performed at the following CHP locations: CHP King City Area office 2 Broadway Circle King City, CA 93930 3. The services shall be provided during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless permission is granted otherwise by the On-Site Contact or designee.
