We would like to include workshops with property owners and local stakeholders as a part of this process to gather their input and buy-in for redevelopment. II. Public Improvement Strategies and Recommendations A. Property surveying and mapping i. Some level of surveying work shall need to be completed in coordination with the City and its development partners to assist in making the parcels development ready and understanding the constraints and opportunities for infrastructure improvements. The City shall provide existing mapping data for Front Street which the selected consultant(s) shall supplement as needed. The City has existing plans for sewer/stormwater, water, and roadway/sidewalk widths.
