Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP), all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to provide Out-Service Training in a King Air 350 simulator to CHP pilots. The contractor shall provide initial and recurrent training in a full motion Level D Simulator equipped with Pro Line 21 avionics. The training shall be approved by the Federal Aviation Administration and shall include classroom and simulator training as outlined in this scope of work. A. Contractor shall be an approved Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 142 training center. A copy of the training certificate shall be provided with the bid and kept current throughout the duration of the agreement. B. Contractor shall provide training in a full motion, Level D flight simulator for a King Air 350 equipped with Pro Line 21 avionics system
