Specifications include, but are not limited to: Topographic points to 30’ beyond the existing ROW; taken at the existing roadway centerline, edge of pavement, curb and gutter (top back, face, and lip), top/toe of slope, ditch/swale flow lines, and low/high points: o E Redoubt Ave: from west side of Binkley St roundabout to transition to Soldotna Ave o Smith Way: Soldotna Ave to Sterling Hwy intersection Named Approaches: 200’ along length of approach. Only survey to the end of the roundabout medians at the Binkley intersection, north and south on Binkley and west on Redoubt Ave. Unnamed Approaches: 30’ along length of approach beyond ROW or to face of structure, whichever is closer to the road. See exceptions to the above noted on the attached Figure. Overhead poles & overhead utilities within topo survey limits. Include lowest wire heights across named roadways within survey limits. Include utility pole numbers when located within ROW. Nearest underground utility valve box, junction box, vault, pedestal, etc. outside the survey limits for all underground utilities. Culvert and storm drain (type, invert elevations at pipe inlet/outlet, diameter, material [e.g., HDPE, corrugated metal, etc.]). Drainage structures (casting/lid type, top of casting ELEV, bottom of structure ELEV, footprint dimensions/radius). Structures, fences, bollards, posts, mailboxes, and other visible encroachments within ROW.
