Specifications include, but are not limited to: Current software required to integrate with the fleet management software: 1. WEX fuel cards 2. EKOS fuel management system 3. Oracle based RIFANS system 4. GPS telematics system TBD 5. Excel The software must have the following capabilities: A. SOFTWARE 1. Web based with digital cloud storage for 18 months. 2. Must have the ability to map users according to State Fleet Operation’s hierarchy. 3. The software shall offer up to 50 licenses for user access. B. VEHICLE DATABASE 1. Ability to create, import, and export a vehicle data file. 2. Ability to add or delete vehicles, edit information, and assign accounting strings for billing purposes. 3. The software must have the ability to integrate a GPS telematics system provided by the winning vendor or another vendor, at a future date. 4. The software must be able to flag vehicles that require preventative maintenance, service, or require an updated state inspection sticker. C. FLEET VEHICLE MAINTENANCE 1. The software must have the ability to create a work order number for purposes of entering and tracking a vehicle repaired by a vendor.
