Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Narragansett, Rhode Island is soliciting proposals for professional consulting services related to redesign and construction of the Galilee Business District, particularly focused on Tax Assessor’s Plat I-G, Lot 118-S, (the Lighthouse Inn). Said services shall include review and analysis of zoning maps and text (Section 4.8.2) as well as plans, designs and professional technical reports previously drafted for the State of RI and the Town of Narragansett. Said services shall provide concept design of possible commercial development located on the subject site and may also include nearby development and its relationship to the subject parcel if considered valuable to the final product for contextual purposes.
