B. Value-Add Features: Software The proposed solution may include value-added features. Value-added features include any functionality, products, services, optional modules, or upgrades. Describe any additional functionality, products, optional modules, upgrades, or services that you offer and are not a part of the RFP requirements that you believe would add value to your proposed work on this project. UND is looking for quality assurance software to be linked with the Master Custodial Plan proposal. If the proposed has this software, pricing will be separate from the Master Plan, it is up UND’s discretion if the software will be used or not. This software will have the capabilities to do the following: • Computerized software with portable App functionality in IOS environment. • Customizable reports that can be easily read/shared. • Upload and share photos that can be included in reports. • Training of management on use of work loading software. • If UND chooses to use this software vendor can assume 10-15 of users.
