Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project will focus on restoring and modernizing the building envelope and related/incidental building systems for multiple buildings on the UND campus. The CMaR selected by the University shall manage the maintenance and construction work required to address building envelope deferred maintenance, ADA compliance, compliance with building code, and further the Universities efforts to improve energy efficiency throughout campus. The CMaR will be responsible for managing projects that will include, but are not limited to, projects that may include the following list of major scopes of work: • Masonry Restoration (including sealants, brick repair or replacement, and stone or cast-stone replacement as required) • Window Replacement (including flashing, interior trim and incidental renovations as required) • Exterior and Vestibule Door Replacement • Selective Demolition/Restoration • Exterior step or ramp replacement (including handrail or guardrail) as required • Foundation Repair (including waterproofing, drain tile, and sumps if needed) • Accessibility/ADA compliance (including EDA access if required) • Structural repairs as required to rehabilitate building exterior including window or opening lintel repairs • Other related exterior or incidental interior improvements
