Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Dover, NH School District invites qualified architectural and construction firms to submit proposals to provide architectural design, cost estimates and turn-key construction services for a new 30 feet by 50 feet rectangular sheltered enclosure, but no smaller than 30 feet by 40 feet. This structure will be used by Dover High School – Career Technical Center (DHS / CTC) Animal Science Program. It is expected the structure will have a full roof, half-walls, with fenced opening to allow students to bring animals into a designated area for exercise or training. The intent is to match the color, materials, roof-pitch, etc. of the adjacent Animal Science Building (ASB) that was constructed as part of the new High School. The ASB was a pole-barn structure, supplied by Lester Buildings.
