Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Content Strategy and Governance Assessment The awarded vendor will provide content strategy and governance assessment by 1. Conduct content and web asset audit, inventory, and mapping across all TEA divisions and provide a report with architecture and content strategy recommendations. 2. Provide content strategy and governance development training. 3. Assist TEA in developing content strategy and governance (including a structure) documentation that will guide content development of the new platform. 4. Develop and provide documentation and guidance to support platform development including but not limited to content orchestration insights and information that may support machine learning model development
