Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Ketchikan Gateway Borough is seeking qualified provider of Architectural and Engineering Services to provide designs for a master plan of the Ketchikan Gateway Borough Transit Center, located at 1175 Copper Ridge Lane, Ketchikan, Alaska. Design services will consist of assessing assumptions from prior planning efforts and the current status of the Transit Department; determine facility renovations to address staff and fleet increases, along with renovations to address existing spatial incompatibility; review the property for suitability; develop design drawings and specifications through construction ready status; and construction administration and inspection throughout the project.
