Any abnormalities will be identified, counseled and when appropriate, a physician consult ordered. This program will be done with Physician and Cardiologist oversight provided by the successful vendor. The Cardiologist will write any orders. They will also read the Heart Echocardiogram. The provider shall schedule testing with LRFD contact personnel. The Provider shall make on-site visits.
