Specifications include, but are not limited to: A Design-Build delivery project at I-15 and Tropicana Avenue in Las Vegas. The existing Tropicana Fly-Over will be demolished and reconstructed creating improved driver mobility to the Casino Corridor. Additionally, the project will include a grade separation at Tropicana Avenue and Dean Martin Drive, High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) Ramps at Harmon Avenue, constructing a Clark County water reclamation sewer relocation, and general traffic management improvements. The project is estimated to operate six (6) days per week, twenty-four (24) hours per day with one thousand (1000) working days, including possible weather delays. Construction is anticipated to begin in April of 2022; however, the exact construction schedule and administrative staffing needs may fluctuate throughout the duration of the project.
