Specifications include, but are not limited to: construction of curb/gutter, sidewalks, drainage structures, and related facilities within the Project Area (see attached project map). Research of existing right-of-way widths will be required to assure that the designed improvements can be accommodated. Assistance with sidewalk easement acquisition and utility relocation coordination may be required. Effective communication and coordination with property owners regarding the removal of private encroachments in the public right-of-way, potential easement acquisition, and reconfiguration of on-street parking will be critical to the successful completion of the Project, along with daily communication with MRA Staff and City officials.;
