Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful proposer will provide a plan to complete the Small Boat Harbor launch ramp extension. This includes design, permitting and construction of the West side launch ramp extension of the float and both concrete pavers by 40’. The proposer will also collect data and review existing records, drawings, permit, and operation and maintenance procedures: • Evaluate existing Harbor infrastructure conditions. • Evaluate previous designs. • Provide conceptual drawings with rough order of magnitude costs before proceeding to 35% designs. • Upon reception of a direction from the MOS provide 35%, 65%, and 95% designs to be presented to the Port and Harbor Committee and Borough Assembly. • Provide Permitting • Provide Cost estimates at 35% and 95% design • Provide bid level documents for construct • Provide Project Schedule
