Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Security System Upgrade Projects throughout state. Documents required for either Bid or Competitive Proposal procurement. Projects to be completed in within 2021 – 2024. a. Upgrades to customer service counters in Haines, Aniak, Delta Junction, Hopper Bay, and Tok. Complete project by 9/1/2022. b. Lighting, security fencing, and window upgrades in various locations. Complete project by 12/31/2022. c. Upgrade customer service counter casework including ballistic shielding in Fairbanks. Complete project by 12/31/2022. d. Miscellaneous security updates statewide. Complete project by 12/31/2022. 2. Courtroom Interior Renovations including casework, electrical, structural, architectural and finishes replacement: a. Kotzebue Courthouse renovation to increase security for Court Staff to include security screening, emergency egress separate from members of the public within the courtroom for judges and court staff, upgrades to clerks counter, and creation of secure spaces throughout the facility. Complete project by 12/31/2022 3. Deferred maintenance projects throughout the State bid for completion within 2021 - 2024. a. Replace deteriorating brickwork at vertical surfaces at Boney Courthouse. Complete project by 9/30/2023 b. Replace HVAC chiller and boiler piping upgrade at the Palmer Courthouse. Complete project by 9/30/2023. c. Miscellaneous plumbing, ventilation, and heating issues at the Nesbett Courthouse. Complete project by 12/31/2022. d. Upgrade 5th floor and Basement Heating and HVAC system at Boney Courthouse. Complete project by 10/1/2024.
