Description: The Merrimack County Nursing Home Laundry Washer/ Extractor replacements Merrimack County is seeking competitive bids from qualified respondents for the Removal, Replacement & Installation of three (3) washer/ extractors in MCNH Laundry facility. Scope: includes but not limited to: Removing old washers, Installing new washers, Commissioning the new machines after the installation is complete. Vendor is required to provide a submittal for each washer, matching the voltage and phase to match the existing washer voltage specification listed in this RFP. Submit data for plumbing connection sizes etc. with their bid package. Specifications: The Existing Washers have the following specifications: Replace #1 50 lb. Volume 9.0 cu ft. Voltage: 480/60/3ph Replace #3 170 lb. Volume 25.7 cu ft. Voltage: 480/60/3ph o (Note) The County prefers a rigid mount replacement. Replace #4 110 lb. Volume 17.7 cu ft. Voltage: 208/60/3ph o The county desires to increase the washing capacity of #4 from 110 lb. to 130 lb. & prefers a rigid mount machine. Site walks: are recommended to review the existing conditions. Visits must be coordinated at least 72 hours prior due to the ever changing Nursing Home Covid-19 policy & restrictions.
