Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this contract is to assist AOT in communicating to stakeholders about transportation projects either during the project definition process through construction completion, or at the beginning of project mobilization through the completion of construction. The CONTRACTOR shall perform project-specific outreach and communication duties to engage stakeholders in project development and/or inform stakeholders of how they may be affected by construction activities. Information communicated to stakeholders may include, but is not limited to: project scope, schedule, alternative traffic flows, temporary and permanent closures, possible noise/light/dust disturbances, and other effects resulting from contractor activities. ; B. Work with RPCs and/or municipalities to develop and maintain comprehensive contact lists for use in distributing project materials and informing stakeholders. AOT’s’ Constant Contact account and a back-up Excel list should be used to manage contact lists, unless otherwise specified. Stakeholders that shall be considered to include, but are not limited to: the general public, municipalities, other affected RPCs, emergency service providers, local businesses, abutting property owners, businesses, legislators, and local educational facilities. Media outlets should generally be separated from general stakeholder lists, unless otherwise requested.
