Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Replace the existing asphalt concrete (AC) driveway, parking lot, and concrete plaza, sidewalks, site lighting, storm water drainage and ground water mitigation, retaining walls and pavement structure. b. Provide new driveways and parking lot with new structural pavement sections, sidewalks, curbs, storm drain gutters, site drainage system, landscaping, site security system, foundations for existing and future relocatable classrooms, vehicle barriers (staples), playground with equipment, and sports field drainage. c. Redesign the existing vehicle accesses and routings, (bus pick-up/drop-off, parent and student pick-up/drop-off, etc.) to serve the school’s operational needs and site drainage.
