Specifications include, but are not limited to: necessary site work, engineering, design, and construction of a new premanufactured metal building. The dimensions of the requested building are 80 feet by 150 feet. The contractor will be responsible to verify all existing conditions prior to the bid. The contractor will be responsible for completion of all site work, the final design, and construction of the building. Civil and site design has been contracted by XNA and is not required by the contractor. The contractor must include necessary provisions for badging for fencing and portions of the site work. The building shall be designed and constructed according to all current applicable State, Local, and National codes. The contractor must also design and construct the building to meet wind, seismic, usage, and occupancy codes.
