Specifications include, but are not limited to: A contractor for the addition of new restrooms for Student Services. The new restroom addition will be located at the second floor of the Oliveira Student Services Center located at the TSC Fort Brown campus. The new restroom addition to the Olivera Student Services building will be a turn-key project, it should include all city permitting and inspection fees, material, demolition and removal, installation, electrical, plumbing, insulation, HVAC, paint, drywall, ceramic floor and tile, and all that is needed to complete this job. The work should be in compliance with all ADA, City and or other building codes as required. The new restroom addition project will include both women and men restrooms and the demolition of the current study rooms.
