Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor agrees to furnish all personnel, transportation, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, permits and licenses and any other item of expense necessary to perform CHP Statewide - Automotive Parts Washer Equipment and Service. A. Contractor shall maintain valid status for any and all licenses or certifications required by city, county, federal or local Air Quality Management District (AQMD) regulations to provide this service. B. Contractor shall be responsible to ensure CHP maintains compliance with all city, county, federal or local AQMD regulations regarding the requested services/equipment. C. If regulations require a change to equipment and/or processes, Contractor shall notify the CHP Project Representative. D. Contractor shall maintain a valid permit to transport hazardous waste, issued by the Department of Health Services, Toxic Substances Control Division.
