Specifications include, but are not limited to: The new Idaho Behavioral Health Plan (IBHP) contract solicitation will be made available publicly in the Idaho Department of Administration, State Division of Purchasing’s IPRO system by the end of the calendar year 2021. The contract will be awarded following a months-long Invitation to Negotiate process. After the contract is awarded, it is estimated it will take an additional six (6) months for implementation. This contract will be the result of collaboration between the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare’s(DHW’s) Divisions of Behavioral Health (DBH), Medicaid, and Management Services, along with the Department of Administration’s, Division of Purchasing (DOP).
