Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide and install asphalt paving over 20’ wide road to HHS track and soccer complex; approximately 19,700 sq ft. Provide and install asphalt paving ADA accessible parking spaces; approximately 3000 sq ft. Contractor’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: 1. Fine grade stone subbase (prepared by others) 2. Compact stone subbase prior to paving 3. Mill the existing pavement at road entrance to provide proper tie-in for new asphalt 4. Provide and install 3” of compacted asphalt base course paving over entire road (approximately 19,700 sq ft) and accessible parking spaces (approx. 3,000 sq ft) 5. Actual measurements and materials calculations are the responsibility of the contractor 6. Completed road must be graded to shed water 7. Paving in circle must be graded towards existing storm water inlet 8. Contractor will be responsible for traffic control during construction and temporary closure of new road upon completion
