Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Authority is requesting proposals from qualified Proposers including firms, combinations of firms, or combinations of one or more firms and other institutions, that can help the Authority facilitate case studies with Non-SFR customers willing to implement technologies that reduce consumptive losses associated with cooling operations.
