Replacement of Holt Lodge Roof

Specifications include, but are not limited to: HOLT ROOF REPLACEMENT: TO REMOVE AND DISPOSE OF CURRENT SHINGLES AND REPLACE WITH 24GA STANDING SEAM METAL ROOF INCLUDIN13.1.1.1 Remove and dispose of existing shingle roof system to expose wood deck on 229’(feet) x 54’ (feet) two story building. Vendor and Cedar Lakes staff will inspect the wood roof substructure/decking areas to be replaced. Vendor will be responsible for exact measurements. 13.1.1.2 For this contract a maximum of 25% of sub structure roof could need replaced and installed prior to installation of new roofing material. This should be figured into the lump sum for this contract. The sub structure decking should match current sub structure deck of 5/8” (could be ½”) OSB board.
