Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide a list of veterans that currently live in Idaho, and their contact information and keeping that data current, for the purpose of outreach and to provide a variety of services. As the state population fluctuate with veterans moving into or out of the state, and veterans reach the ends of their natural lives, accurate identification of those changes will ensure that resources are available for those who are residents of the State of Idaho. The Division seeks a service where this information meets four (4) primary objectives: a. A low-cost service b. A cost model that is based on cost per query. c. A simple user interface or list that is easy to search, sort, export, and share. d. Can be easily updated on a quarterly (every three months) period.
