Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vendor shall maintain active licenses to perform this work as required by the State of New Hampshire. The Vendor shall ensure that no subcontractors are used to perform services. The Vendor shall ensure that the Department has access to all documentation related to FireNET 4127 Analog Addressable Fire Alarm System. The Vendor shall provide fire alarm system programming, maintenance as specified by the Department. The Vendor shall provide provisions for purchase of original equipment manufactured parts and for the FireNET 4127 Analog Addressable Fire Alarm System as needed due to expansion or repurposing, obsolesce, replacement, or other reasons as directed by the Department. Provisions must include, but not limited to: - A price for each component or piece of equipment, with a mark-up over manufacturer’s cost not to exceed 20% over manufacturer’s list price. - Delivery time. - Cost for installation. The Vendor shall schedule an appointment with the New Hampshire Hospital (NHH) Director of Facilities, or other designated contact, for all service visits to the premises
