Specifications include, but are not limited to:. Contractor must (not limited to): Perform services at a minimum “Level 2” APPA cleaning standard in accordance with APPA Educational Facilities Leadership guidance of the Custodial Operations Guidelines for Education Facilities, 3rd Edition, 2011 and updates (www.appa.org); and Maintain cleaning standards equal to or greater than the cleaning standards performed by University custodial staff. Refer to Attachment A to Schedule 1 for Standards of Custodial Services. Activities & Deliverables The following seven (7) Service areas require Services five (5) days a week, Monday through Friday, and will be cleaned any time between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., or as mutually agreed upon by University and Contractor. Dell Pediatric Institute (DPI); Nuclear Engineer Teaching Lab (NEL); Texas Archeological Research Lab (TAR); Non-Vert. Paleontology Lab (TM1); Vertebrate Paleontology (VPL); Vert Paleontology Annex (VP1); and Library Storage Facility (LSF).
