Specifications include, but are not limited to: WVU Athletics wishes to convert the recently decommissioned strength and conditioning space on the event level of the WVU Coliseum into a Courtside Club for premium seat holders. These spaces have been vacated since WVU’s relocation to the Athletic Performance Center in September 2021. The Courtside Club will include banquet seating as well as loose seating options, serving areas, a food prep area including warming trays, etc. The space will be utilized similar to other clubs within the Coliseum; pre-game, half-time and thru the 3rd quarter. The space is designed to serve as a multifunction space during non-game days, hosting meetings, etc. The project will include new finishes throughout, an open ceiling concept, basketball memorabilia, wood panels, natural stone and tile surfaces, branding and logos.
