Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purchase and installation of an integrated Video / Audio recording system for Police Training Room. Provide a Digital Recording, Management and Indexing System for Audio and Video Training Room, using some of the existing equipment. Recording system will be at a minimum a high definition IP camera based one-touch solution that creates high definition recordings playable on any standard based windows PC. Work includes provisioning of all equipment, materials, labor, installation, software and configuration to provide the functionality specified. We will use existing projector, ceiling microphones, existing speakers and existing wireless microphones. Upgrade the quality of cameras (2) for recording of the instructor and attendees. Additional recording of projector feed. Video mixer to select feed required for recording either camera 1, camera 2 or projector. Preference for Cam/Projector recording utilizing PnP.
