Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4. REQUIRED CLEANING (DAILY) All porters (with the exception of those cleaning vehicles) will be required to complete these services throughout the hours assigned to METRO a. Emptying of exterior, interior, and office trash or recycling b. Wiping of visible dirty/dusty surfaces c. Sweeping of floors d. Mopping (Wet or Dry dependent on surface) of Floors e. Vacuuming of carpets f. Sanitizing of heavily touched surfaces and fixtures g. Glass cleaned (within reach) 5. REQUIRED CLEANING (WEEKLY) a. Machine scrub floors (with appropriate pads) b. Exterior sidewalks swept or blown clean c. Exterior lawns cleaned of debris (at the Travel Center) d. Carpets Shampooed e. Steam clean/sanitize restrooms
