Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Rowlett Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Maintenance Shop Project includes but does not limit to the demolition of existing DAF tanks, raised floor modifications, and piping in the Maintenance Hop; construction of the site work including driveway and sidewalks; new finished floor with structural fill; structural modifications to existing building; concrete masonry unit walled air compressor room; relocation and installation of owner furnished air compressor; man doors and motor operated overhead door; welding curtain system; HVAC; utility plumbing with accessories, piping, valves, fittings, and supports; chlorine contact basin rehabilitation including recoating of basin walls and floor; effluent lift station piping recoating; and all miscellaneous items specified or shown in the contract documents, including adjustments and work necessary for a complete working system as described and shown on the drawings and specifications
