Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Aging and Disability Services Division (ADSD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors, with a minimum of three (3) years experience providing 211 call center services, to manage and operate Nevada 211 call services, as well as a related database, website, chat, and text messaging service. Twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, and 365 days a year, the vendor will provide the state of Nevada and neighboring communities with high quality information about local health and human service programs, as well as community resources and disaster response information as described in the scope of work and attachments.
